Rev. John Magisano: This Sunday we celebrate the beginning of Advent and the new liturgical year. Our reading (Mark 13:24-37) advises us to "Keep Awake." As we prepare for the birth of Christ this season this year, the world is in pain and the future is uncertain. We are advised to pay attention.
